MILE EX END: Day 1 + 2

Located under the Van Horne overpass, Mile Ex End is a newcomer in Montreal’s already burgeoning calendar of music festivals. Bridging the gap between the French and the English music scene, this year it gathered some of the best artists the town has to offer, plus a few interesting propositions from out of town.

I had the chance to see some of my favorites, including Hubert Lenoir, PUP, CRi, Broken Social Scene, among others. As if that wasn’t enough, I ended the weekend at L’Esco, where I saw local acts Booty EP and Mouth Breather.

Came back home with ringing ears and a bunch of cool pictures.
